Challenge

Revenue was climbing across a Shopify store and an Amazon storefront, but true margin was invisible. COGS, blended ad spend, and FBA fees lived in separate dashboards, so nobody could say what a month actually netted.

Approach

We pooled Shopify, Amazon SP-API, and the three ad platforms into one monthly view: a profit bridge from revenue to net, channel mix, campaign efficiency, and an inventory-cover table with reorder flags.

Result

The team caught SKUs trending toward stockout before they went dark and surfaced a margin leak in Amazon Sponsored Products that had been hiding inside blended ACoS.
